Ruling ariados MT vs dawn stadium

For example dawn stadium is active and i have a psychic Pokémon with 3RC active.. Then there is ariados MT using it's sticky body.. will this order be follwed?

Dawn stadium makes RC 0 then ariados adds one to make RC 1?

Is this correct?
 
I assume you meant to say Moonlight Stadium.

Anyway, the answer is no. If something sets the retreat cost to a specific number, nothing else can add or subtract from that. Moonlight Stadium says the retreat cost "is 0". Ariados can't add to that.

Note that this differs from Phoebe's Stadium, which says that your Psychic retreat costs are 2 less. Ariados can then add 1 to the result of that.
