Ariana Grande's Strange Twitter Rant

I don't know if this is due to Sam & Cat being cancelled but Ariana Grande went on a twitter rant against men:

She said that "women are the rightful rulers of society" and that men are "furniture for women to sit on".

I'm sorry, but that's sexist towards men. I've seen some bad twitter rants by celebrities before but this one takes the cake. Nickelodeon is probably glad they cancelled the show after this.
 
Wow a celebrity saying something stupid on twitter; that's never happened before! What's that, she has a new album coming out next month? Surely this must be a coincidence.
 
Coming from her, this honestly doesn't surprise me. She's had her fair share of twitter drama and it's about time this ticking time bomb decided to explode. Also, I feel this may have been caused by something The Janoskians did since she's dating/was dating (I don't know they're relationship status at the moment) one of them. That's kinda what you get when you date a Grade-A jerk.

My only take on this is that time and time again, teen TV stars are turning sour once they reach adulthood. There was Lindsey Lohan, Amanda Bynes, Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens, and now we see Ariana Grande and Jeanette McCurdy with their own scandals. It's a shame because the lifestyle that these kids grew up with often fosters these kinds of behaviors.

To expand on this thought, you have to wonder if it's humane to expose tweens to this level of fame. If there's an industry that generates a high yield of disturbed adults, then we have a problem. I don't have access to any raw statistics ATM so perhaps this isn't the case and is just overblown media coverage.
 
In my opinion, she's just trying to get her name out there and getting people to talk about her. Some people would say/do anything to get attention, like Miley at jingle ball. Anyway she probably doesn't actually think the stuff she said , but actually she's getting a lot more popular now just from saying some stuff about guys. I wouldn't take it personally.
