Art needed for the main site!

Hi artists!

We are looking for art to use in a project I don't think I can reveal yet. All I will tell you is that we need an original picture of...

...Jolteon!

When I say "original", I mean using a pose that has not been copied from another source (so tracing is not allowed). The stuff you submit will of course need to be of high quality, so fuzzy scans and such will not be accepted. It also needs to be in colour.

As of now, there is no set deadline. When we have one, we'll let you all know. Once all the entries have been collected, the site staff will choose which one they think is best, and the winner will end up being used in this secret project (credit given, of course).

Yeah, needs to be your own original art. So just to clarify, that means banners etc won't be accepted. Nor will custom sprites.

Please read more carefully. I stated no banners.

Any art medium is accepted so long as it's clear enough and in colour.

Oh ok I get it. So all we have to do is draw a Jolteon, color it in then show it you and then you decide which one you like most in color, neatness and all that other stuff right?

To clarify, anything in colour. So hand drawn, computerised, etc.

I think this will get alot of submissions. Also does the color have to be exact?

I've been meaning to make new artwork for Jolteon, so I guess this will be my motivation. I guess I'll just do it on line paper and edit out the lines... :/

:/ If people quit just because they see me joining (which I don't think people will), I don't know how they ever expect to enter any other contest. The chances haven't changed. Someone else just joined. Don't make such a scene about it.

I know Xous will probably win but thats not a reason to quit. I believe in myself so I'm staying in this. Even if I dont win I will be proud of myself no matter what people say about my Jolteon =]

Sadly as of now, I can't give a fixed date. But I imagine at the very least we are looking at a month, so there is more than enough time.

Same goes for me everyone has a different style and approach to their art and besides I don't know about you but I never back down others might learn from seeing each of our styles.
