I wa wondering, if Tauros does evolve,( I know that Minotauros is most likely fake) will Ash take his Tauros to Isshu and have it evolve? ( then he will technically have only 29 Tauros, because one evolved.

I kinda doubt it. When was the last time he used his Tauros? Plus, as we all know, the episode in which he catches the Tauros is banned for gun fighting. If he used Tauros, they would want to go back, and recall how he got it... but they can't...
 
Ther was the fact that Ash's Aipom followed him, and that was because of Ambipom.

Tauros was actually used in the Pokémon League and featured when Ash talked to Prof Oak so people already know he owns one. He could just see a group minotauros, talk to a random person and get interested in evolving his own as Ash has the attention span of child and would do something like this.
 
I doubt if Ash will really take his Tauros to the Isshu region. He will probably meet someone with an evolution of Tauros, but I highly doubt if Ash will have one of the Tauros on his team. There might be a battle where Ash might get it transferred from Pallet to the Isshu region, but I doubt it.
 
Maybe all 30 of Ash's tauros will evolve all at once! Prof. Oak will be overwhelmed! That would be cool.

Ash's tauros will never evolve. They'll just sit in Oak's lab. Sad, sad stuff...
 
i dont think he will,

if he does get a minotauros or whatever he will probally catch one
 
Idk im 60% for not but in any gyms he might get tauros's help and then it will elvolve probaly that would be cool
