Upload your avatar (But make sure it's 150x150 or whatever size you want) to http://www.photobucket.com, or any other image hosting site. After it's uploaded, copy the link of the picture and paste it into your User CP, you know, under the avatar settings? And bingo, bigger avatar.

This is what Doc wrote in the other THREE Threads on the first page. In the future, please search through the forums for similar Threads to your preference. If you are not able to find the Thread or post, your second option would most likely be using the Seacrh button, which is located at the bottom right corner of the Forum's Banner.
