Ruling Azelf lv x Deep Balance?

I got two question revolving this attacking.

Let say sceptile poke power overgrowth that makes each grass energy card attach to a grass pokemon now provide 2 energy card.

does that mean deep balance i can put 2 damage counters? even though 1 energy card is attach to my enemy pokemon.

And if they have a double colorless energy attach. is it 2 damage counter or 1?

Azelf states for each energy, not energy card. Sceptile's Poke-Body makes each grass energy attached to your grass Pokemon provide two energy and so it is 2 damage counters per grass energy card attached to your grass Pokemon. Double Colorless counts as 2 energy so it adds 2 damage counters.~Mark
