What are baby Pokemon? Are those the basic ones?

Also, I bought a booster pack of ex Delta Series and found a care titled DITTO with a picture of bulbasaur on it. Is this a misprint or did the company do this on purpose?

The ditto is correct, you know what ditto can do right? it transformed into bulbasaur.

As for babies, they are now considerd basics, which means that they can be searched for with Celio i.e.

Haha, yea I know Ditto can change, but I wasn't too sure if the cardmakers would do that. Interesting.

As for this Celio thing, I have no idea what you are talking about. I'm very new to the game. I was reading the rules regarding baby pokemon, and something about flipping a coin, blah blah.

There are still some things confusing me. I need to see a bunch of people play the game before I can fully understand.

the older baby pokemon (30HP, the flip a coin baby power) are not considered as basic, you will notice that some cards from the sets in which they appear specifically say basic and bay pokemon, there's also nothing on the card that says that they are a basic pokemon

as for the new babies (baby evolution pk-power), they are considered basic, but not considered baby, so you acnt search for them as if they where a baby pokémon.

ok?

^an add to c-m's post: a card like Lanette's Net Search, CANT find for Baby's, that means pokémon with Baby Evolution PokePower

Maybe you should look in the top right hand corner of every old baby pokemon and you'll see that it says: "Baby Pokemon counts as a Basic Pokemon".

They are still basic pokemon, but are classified as Baby Pokemon.

Okay, I think I understand. Sort of.

Basic pokemon are not baby pokemon? It will actually say baby pokemon? or Anything 30HP and lower is a baby? yikes. :(

Well, not necessarily. A couple of Rattata and Magikarp had 30HP, but they weren't Baby Pokemon. But, I guess that it's all random.
