Bu i also played for like 2 weeks inbetween there and i made a baby pokemon deck, but Ive decided to play again and my fried said the baby rule w/ the flip a coin to see if the attack works doesn't exsist anymore
He pointed me to this site to find out
so i was hopeing some one here could help me out
thanx
also i play a Pichu in that is promo, it atack is let's play, and i seach my deck for a babay pokemon, would that work on my elekid that sais basic, but we all know it is baby

no that rule does not apply anymore...the main thing baby Pokemon are used for anymore is starters, like Budew Chingling Smoochum 'delta' ect...

^Yeah that.
Also, the Baby Pokemon species has been whiped altogether. they are now just Basic Pokemon with the Poke-power needed to evolve. Note that, if the power gets blocked some way, you can't evolve it. This, together with the removal of the coin-flip rule, makes Baby Pokemon a lot less useful. To make up for that, most evolutions of Babies now get some sort of boost if you still managed to evolve them from their Baby. Look at Chimecho's first attack to see what I mean.

so how does that pichu move work now?
and now im gonna have to wipe my entire deck now that stinks :(

Unfortunately yes- If your deck is made up of anything before Holon Phantoms and any sets released after that you will have to destroy it. It's Pokemon's way of keeping the game fresh and making more money.
