Ruling baby pokemon

in the rule book of diamond and pearl on Pg 18 it says,

a) if the defending pokemon is a baby pokemon, flip a coin to see if your turn ends without an attack. (if your turn ends without an attack, do not do any ot the other steps. you are done now.

i heard that that rule was stopped. i was just wondering has it been brought back? thanks.

That rule only applies for unlimited play, where the older baby Pokémon from neo1 -> e-SR are still play-able. The rule doesn't apply for the new baby Pokémon (which technically are basic Pokémon with a Poké-Power).

Also, all Baby Pokemon have the flip rule printed right on them.

If it's not there, don't apply it.
