Baby Pokemon

So on cards for pokemon like pikachu, clefairy, jigglypuff, hitmonlee, hitmonchan, hitmontop, jynx, electrabuzz, magmar, marill, wobbuffett, roselia, chimecho, sudowoodo, mr. mime, chansey, and snorlax, how come they dont show that they are evolved from their baby pokemon forms?

To prevent inter-set confusion. The term "baby" means the Pokémon was realeased after it's evo. If Pikachu was once a basic, it stays a basic. The only way to evolve a baby is to use it's Poké-Power. For example, one could do this:
4-4-4 Roserade
or this:
4-4 Roserade
in a deck.
