Ok this Question is really stupid but i jus wanna make sure me and my friends have been playin this right. So if u have a pichu and evolve it to pikachu with its baby power and i have a mewtwo LVX that pikachu can hit me because it is now an evovled pokemon right???

Baby powers stop working when you evolve.

Ok so that means that the pikachu can hit my mewtwo lvx cus it evovled from pichu.

Pikachu can attack, regardless of evolving.

Yea i kno he can attack regardless of evovling but with mewtwo LVXs pokebody he prevents all effects of an attack including damage done to him by pokemon that arent evovled. So this is how im understanding it if pikachu is not evovled from pichu this would make him jus a basic pokemon and he couldnt touch mewtwo but if he did evovle from pichu then he could hit mewtwo. Im jus tryin to clarify if thats right.

If the effect says "unevolved pokemon", then pikachu can still attack, because he evolved. If it says "basic pokemon", then pikachu cannot attack, because he is a basic.

Clarifying, Pikachu is now an Evolved Pokemon. Being an Evolved Pokemon gets around Mewtwo Lv. X's Poke-Body, so you can attack Mewtwo Lv. X.
