BW/BW2 Backwards Compatibility

Yes I know it's been confirmed with Raikou, Entei, Suicune, and Celebi along with Tauros from Generation 1 having an evolution in the new games but will it be possible to transfer 5th Generation Pokemon onto Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver?

I'd hate to see Game Freak cause another "reboot" like they did with Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald where Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, and Crystal wasn't backwards compatible with the Gameboy Advance games.

Also wouldn't Nintendo and Game Freak need to release a sequel to Pokemon Battle Revolution on
the Nintendo Wii in order for all Pokemon in each Generation including the 5th one to be able to battle one another?
 
I don't think so because 4th generation games probably don't have the data of 5th generation pokemon

Tauros was just a rumor proven fake. Plus, It was just a evo.
 
You won't be able to transfer Gen V Pokémon and items to Gen IV games. There's been some discussion of it being a direct transfer, but if it's trading, it will probably have the same rules as Gen II's time machine - No having Gen V stuff in your party.
