@ James86134 : They are in the games available only from the Friend Safaris. Finally managed to get a female Ninetales yesterday (and she's Japanese too) from the GTS so Vulpix breeding incoming

I'll try to add other Friend Safari exclusive mons to my list soon (such as Growlithe, Ponyta, Dratini, Togepi - you name it) and more starters as well.
