Inspiration for the deck came from the popular stage 1 deck, but I took in a step further and eliminated all evolution.
Pokemon 12:
3 tornadus EP
3 cobalion NV
2 kyruem NV
2 zekrom BW
2 reshiram BW
I/S/S 32:
4 catcher
3 evolite
3 defender
2 revive
2 switch
2 junk arm
2 pokemon communication
4 collector
4 PONT
3 cherin
3 N
Energy 16:
4 {C}{C}
4 {L}
4 special {M}
4 {M}
The strategy is (hopefully) start with tornadus active and cobalion benched. T1 attach {C}{C} to tornadus, use collector/hand refresh to search basics. T2 attach {M} to tornadus, hit for 80, and move {M} to cobalion, continue until cobalion is powered up. Zekrom/reshiram/kyruem are all techs for weakness and can easily be powered by DCE. Evolite/defender are to help tank and prevent recoil from bolt strike.
Zekrom hits weakness on yanmega, kyruem for donphan/reshiram, and reshiram for cobalion/scizor prime.
I've considered rainbow energy, but really i never have a need for anything but {M} and {L} and it hurts me if I'm up against scizor prime.
If anyone has any suggestions let me know, thanks in advance
EDIT: after testing all day, I removed skarmory for tornadus. I like the ability to damage my opponent while setting up.
