There's sadly no room, and not having Pyroar active invalidates the Combo, kinda.

Well, Feathers, this is actually a good idea. Just a couple suggestions(from the OP):

-4 Rainbow ([mod]Camoclone[/mod] already pointed it out)
-1 Plume Fossil (already pointed out)
-1 Fire
-1-1 Archeops PLB ([mod]Camoclone[/mod] again)
-1 Silver Bangle (already stated)

+2 Delphox-EX/Entei-EX/Reshiram-EX/Reshiram NXD:
You'll probably going to need a Big Basic when a Pyroar is knocked out and can't respond with another one immediately. I'll suggest either Reshiram-EX or Delphox-EX because you'll anyways add...
+2 DCE:
Can make a T2 Pyroar attacking even easier, and hepls the Biggies too.
+1 Switch, +2 Float Stone:
No switching cards? Really? :p
+2 Level Ball:
Well, Litleos and Discard-Fodder Archen... XD

Alright, so most people have been posting for consistency reasons, I'm going to use this post to detail the strats that could counter this deck and perhaps help brainstorm playstyles to counter:

Garbodor: Threat level: Low. Just Scrap the tool and you're safe again. Or Lysandre it up, Muscle Band + Pyroar's move to KO it.
Cobalion: Threat level: Low. Takes forever to setup, can't OHKO without support and is weak to fire.
Latias: Threat level: High. Can't OHKO but Pyroar also can't damage back. Archeops PLB does nothing for you either.
Genesect" Threat level: Medium. KOs a Pyroar but immediately dies to the next one. Also requires that 1-of tool.
Evosoda: Threat level: Low. Not many people run Evosoda.
Fast evolves: Threat level: Real. Deal with it.

My suggestion: If Latias becomes a real issue, run Druddigon from Wild Blaze as a revenge killer. Otherwise, out of the backup attackers I recommend Entei EX for the energy recycle or Reshiram LTR for a better prize-trade.

I got surprise megaphone mixed up with another one of the new tools :p. I feel that superod is better than ashe because you never really need to get 5 pokemon back.

Only three plume is ok because of your two twisted mountains. There is no point in having 4 and this does not ruin consistency. It allows you to run other cards that makes this deck more consistent.

I think that if Latias does become a threat, I'll find room for at least 2 DCE and a couple of Wild Blaze Druddigon.

surprise megaphone works to stop genesect but something to think about is running a 1 of Spiritomb with sealing scream and just prevent them from attaching the g-booster in the first place. It's also just another annoyance to most top decks. Also While the Wild Blaze Druddigon looks good I would still suggest Reshiram if you're looking for a secondary attacker. He's just overall more versatile in my opinion as an attacker.

Surprise Megaphone stops Tool Drop and Garbodor too, you know. Wild Blaze Druddigon is because I may use DCE if my Pyroars dying does become a problem, and I need them attacking T2 100% of the time. Reshiram is versatile, but I'm merely looking for a revenge killer.

If I buy this deck, how should I prepare it to some Blastoise matchs?

Against Blastoise, all you can really do is hope to go first, get Archen out, and then evolve before they get out Blastoise. It's probably this deck's worst matchup :p
