i have a question for bastiodon it didnt say that if it is active that the bench will get no damage so if the bastiodon is on the bench stil no pokemon from the bench will get a damage? for snipers like empo
 
That is correct. Bastiodon provents damage done to any benched pokemon, as long as it is in play, whether it be active or on the bench.
