Yep. Battle Aura is cumulative, it stacks up to 4 times.
 
If you want to know it could be stacked also with Gyrados, whicha llows your deltas to do +10 in the same manner, so long as you have a Holon stadium in play.
 
A Stron deck would look like this:
4-3-4 Feraligatr d
3-3 Gyrados d
3-3 Golduck d
And Holon stadiums
 
This could be good, but the energy for Gyrados is a little slow,a nd it's a pain to start with psyduck or golducks.

Actually, Golduck's attack is pretty good, for a stay-on-bench-pokemon!
 
Hmm I suppose it is. Hopefully you'll pick a candy or something and do 2 for 60, otherwise you just get a sneak peak at one card from thier hand.
 
Absolutely yes. If you had another one then it would do 30 extra damage.
 
regardless of how unrelyable golducks attack is, if you have a couple gyarados out, it wont matter ^^, but near the beginning of the game it can be a nuisance..unless you pull a mentor with Mind play on turn 2 or something.. i had this deck before.. and people used windstorm alot more than they played their own stadiums, or played it before their own stadiums, so golducks power was rendered useless *shrug*
as well as gyarados'.. fearow worked alot better and made the game faster for me but, you may want to play it out a couple times each way, to see what works for you
