For those of you who've actually done Battle Frontier facilities on Open Level mode in Emerald, regardless of the place:
Is it possible to encounter Tyranitar or Dragonite in Open Level mode? I have only done Level 50 up to this point, yet I want to use a Tyranitar on my own team and would need to do open level. I know TTar/DNite don't exist in Level 50 mode for obvious reasons.
So do those two guys exist in Open Level at all, or am I spared their wrath?
