Pokemon: 22
Strategy:
The main strategy with this deck is to start with Eevee and use it's ability to evolve to Glaceon immediately to hit for full-field damage turn 1. You can also start with Seismitoad and use its first attack to block your opponent from playing item cards. While those 2 pokemon hold the active position, start building up the bench. Get Beartic powered up and the stadium out while putting Aurorus and Mr.Mime on the bench for abilities. (I chose to run Mime instead of the Mountain stadium for 2 reasons. 1: It allowed Glaceon to continue to snipe the bench and 2: It allowes me to run Training Center instead since all but Seismitoad are stage 1 pokemon. This keeps Pyroar from KOing Glaceon in 1 hit.)
Between the 2 Aurorus decreasing damage to water types by 20 each and Training Center adding 30 hp to all stage 1 and stage 2 pokemon, Beartic will take a 200 damage attack to 1 hit KO. Also, Leafeon is a hard hitter for high-energy decks such as Tyrantrum and Mewtwo/Yvetal EX, hitting for 20x ALL your opponent's energy on the field for 1 energy.
This deck is designed to be a fast-burn deck. Using Juniper and the search cards, you can get through the deck quickly and find what you need. Lysander's Trump card allows you to prevent decking and lets you recycle your cards back into the deck. With 2 trump cards, you can create a continuous cycle.
This deck has 2 main weaknesses. The first is that Beartic is a high cost attacker, meaning it takes 3 turns to power up. Also, most of the pokemon in this deck have high retreat costs, meaning that without a float stone it's easy for them to get trapped in the active position. With little energy to spare, you can't afford to throw away 3-4 energy to retreat.
