Becoming a League Organizer?

I filled out a league application last week after sorting out the venue with a local cardshop owner. Everything on our end is good to go, but I'm still waiting to hear back from Nintendo/Pokemon and receive the start-up kit for a league.

Does anyone else have experience with this? If so, how long did it take Nintendo to contact you? Did they email you, or send it through your account on Pokemon.com, call?


I'm also wondering what to do if league starts and I don't have the materials (it's due to begin on the 15th)

Some additional info that may be relevent:
There is a league in my city, but its in the west end, and downtown. The one I'm started up is up town and east.

I'm in Canada (Ontario specifically)

I put that I'm only expecting 10 people for the first league season

I sent the application in last Monday night (the 24th)

If anyone could shed some light on this that would be great :)
 
I'm not the league owner of my league, however, I was added as a league leader to the league by the league owner. When that happened I got sent an email and had to read and accept the terms and conditions. I do all the reporting and ordering though.

You will be contacted by The Pokemon Company International; Nintendo has nothing to do with your application getting approved. You'll just have to be patient because they got backed up around when Worlds was and are trying to recover.
