Ruling Beedrill and Swellow

So, my question is if I use Beedrill's Allergic Shock attack and then use Swellow to attack, would I gain an extra prize from the ancient trait or not because it was knocked out due to the effect of Beedrill?

You would not get an extra Prize from Delta Plus because Allergic Shock's effect is the cause of the KO, and not the damage from Swellow's attack.

The caveat is that if the damage from Swellow's attack would have knocked out the opponent's Active Pokemon anyway, you do get to take the extra prize. Allergic Shock won't "penalize" you like that.

If the knockout would not have happened without Alleergic Shock, however, you don't get the extra prize.

I was also wondering the same thing. So even if I were to use allergic shock and retreat my beedrill my opponents pokemon would still be knocked out if they are damaged on the next turn?

Yes, as long as it is damaged by an attack.
