I was wondering if you use the attack Allergic Shock and the opponent evolves next turn is Allergic Shocks effect still on it?

Allergic Shock's effect would be removed. When a pokemon evolves, you remove all special conditions (such as poison) as well as all effects of attacks (like allergic shock) from it, so it would not be KO'd on the following turn.
