Ruling Beedrill's Allergic Shock

Hi!

If I use Allergic Shock from Beedril (PRC #3) and the defending Pokémon evolves in my opponent's next turn, will that effect persist when my next turn begins? And if the defending Pokémon moves to the bench?

Just to save you some time, Allergic Shock says:
During your next turn, if the Defending Pokémon is damaged by an attack, it is Knocked Out.

Allergic Shock places an effect on the Defending Pokemon. Anything that removes effects, including evolving or going to the Bench, would remove that effect.
