Ruling Bent Spoon and Zoroark BREAK

Inquiry regarding Bent Spoon. If my active Pokemon has a Bent Spoon attached to it and my opponent's active is Zoroark Break, is its attack Foul Play immediately has no effect or it will depend on the attack that it will copy?
