Best Card Combo

I need help deciding on the best card combo:
Bastiodon MT (On its own)
Bastiodon MT and Lucario DP
Empoleon DP and Lucario DP
Empoleon DP (On its own)
Empoleon DP and Bastiodon MT
Bastiodon MT and Lucario DP
The only Pokemon I have a resonable amount of is Lucario, Bastiodon and Empoleon, and I need an exceptable deck for Cities,Battle Roads, that sort of thing.
 
Empoleon and Lucario. They both are snipers, and Lucario covers Empoleon's weakness. This idea has already been thought of too.
 
Speed Empoleon:: It snipes, has alot of HP, and is overall a good deck

Empcario:: It is good for sniping, and covers weakness

*Those are my two choices
