Meteor Shower at Dawn (Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction) for SURE.
If the were runner ups they would be Make a Wish and I Believe in You (Jirachi Wish Maker and Zoroark: Master of Illusions).
What is yours, and what is your runner up?

What is the roaring wind before daybreak preluding to?
My heart that's been hardened by lies is coming loose
I promised I wouldn't cry, but the squalls won't stop
I suddenly hear your voice

Even if I can't find what I'm looking for
These feelings are still with me

I place my wishes on the falling meteors and send them to your tomorrow
We won't say that we'll see each other again one day so that we'll head out without looking back
That future we always wanted to come true just might tonight
We tightly held hands under the same sky

I felt further away from you than anyone else on the day we clashed
And the apologies in my pocket remained there
Even though I only awkwardly showed off
You were always by my side

I've been looking for something to replace "goodbye"
The faraway sky is getting blurry

In my heart I embrace the fallen meteors and send out a yell
No matter how deep the forest was that I was lost in, a smile was right by my side
The surprises hidden in everyday life will change you greatly
Remember that you have a sparkling diamond in your heart

Even if the world changes the colors
Or if I don't know my way back
I must go

I place my wishes on the falling meteors and send them to your tomorrow
No matter how far apart we are, we'll feel the same; the bonds we have are still there
We can become stronger; I believe it; even miracles can happen
We gently let go of each other's hands under the same sky
You are not alone

Who do I turn to when things are broken?
Where do I go when I'm feeling alone?
Who's always there with arms wide open, it's you.
Yeah, it's you.

Where do I hide when it's dark and stormy?
Where do I run when it's all too much?
Who gives me hope when I wake each morning, it's you.
Yeah, it's you.

You were there for me in my darkest days,
You cared for me when I lost my way,
My guiding light, you always pulled me through,
I believe in you.

Yeah yeah.

When I stumble and fall, you take my hand.
When I don't have a clue, you know what to do.
When nothing makes sense, you help me to understand.
It's true.

It seems like forever, it's been you and me.
I know who you really are.
Sometimes I wonder where would I be without you?

Yeah yeah.

You were there for me in my darkest days,
You cared for me when I lost my way,
My guiding light, you always pulled me through,
Yeah, you gave me strength when I was weak,
You were my voice when I could not speak,
One ray of hope that I could hold onto,
Yeah, I believe in you.

Yeah, I believe in you.

You were there for me in my darkest days,
You cared for me when I lost my way,
My guiding light, you always pulled me through,
Yeah, you gave me strength when I was weak,
You were my voice when I could not speak,
One ray of hope that I could hold onto,
Yeah, I believe in you.

You were there for me in my darkest days,
You cared for me when I lost my way,
My guiding light, you always pulled me through,
Yeah, I believe in you.

Yeah, I believe in you.

Make a Wish really gets to me. I think it was how it was the tune of the lullaby that May sung to Max which made it so emotionally affecting on me.

When anything takes a tune you had become used to without lyrics and puts lyrics onto them, I become extremely nostalgic and it can move me to tears. Another example of this is in Drawn to Life with the constant theme playing throughout the whole game and then at the end is the version with lyrics. I was so shocked and it made me cry. There was not any way for me to have known the ending to be like that. The same applies to Make a Wish.

The message of Make a Wish gets to me, like most Pokemon songs do. The messages of the music that encourages you to try really hard to reach for the top and be the best you can be makes me tear up. I also like the ending of The Power of One, the Donna Summer song, for the same reason.

Also, the ending track for Spell of the Unown. That is my favourite movie of them all and the music that plays at the end is really beautiful. The entire score is breathtaking, and I will sometimes watch that movie just to hear the music. Of all of the songs, the end is the best.

But ... I am behind on movies, so who knows if I will find more favourites? c:
