The Psychic Lele now being out and the Shrine stadium. It seems very potent and I know people have hyped the psychic Lele for quite some time for a reason. It was obviously for spread decks.

We've had the same Lele but as a Fairy type since ULP. The only thing that's special about the psychic one is that you can use it with Dimensional Valley in expanded

Spread decks are very good. They are strong against Malamar/Necrozma and Buzzwole/Lycanroc 2 of the tougher decks in Standard.

It's Fairy-type Lele that makes Spread decks so good. The psychic was a French promo, and would be beneficial in spread decks against Buzzwole and Lucario decks.

Best deck in format is debatable, but having all single-prize attackers with mostly free retreat is quite useful.
