Yeah Youtube is the mostly the place where you can see the Best Wishes theme. I also don't know where else you could see it besides Youtube.

I heard it somewhere and it's decent at best, not near as good as some of the older theme's.

Personally, I love it. The beginning reminds me of the English Johto Journeys opening. As for the full, ie 3ish minute long version, I don't think that's out yet. But it's quite easy to find the opening theme, lots of people are putting them up.
