That doesn't really explain why you have it though.

You should change the Hidden Power type to Ground or Fire because as it stands right now, the Sylveon functionally has three moves as there's no reason to use HP Dragon considering Hyper Voice hits the same targets.

you should give sylveon protect and fake like a scout instead of HP Dragon

Except that it is a Choice Set. Sylveon definitely should be rebred to have HP Fire or ground because you'll need it. Until then, you could get by with Moonblast because then it can do a single target to avoid Wide Guard problems.

Talonflame give up Roost in favor of Tailwind because your team really needs that to function well. Sylveon definitely will appreciate the increased Speed as will Kangaskhan and Bisharp. Talonflame isn't very bulky and in doubles Roost just doesn't help it much. Also since you are not using Choice Band on Talonflame, you really should take off U-Turn in place of Protect or Quick Guard ( Egg Move ). Protect is helpful for guaranteeing another turn and scouting. Quick Guard is helpful if you suspect Bullet Punch coming against your Sylveon or any other priority moves.

Kangaskhan needs to have Power-Up Punch instead of Drain Punch because this lets it be able to recover its Attack stat if it gets Intimidated. Its not like Drain Punch is super powerful either.
