Strategy:
Well First starters:
Druddigon: Great Basic Pokemon, 100 HP and a ability that put damage counters to te defending Pokemon, this pokemon can hit too.
Cleffa: Refresh Hand.
Elekid: Put more Damage Counter on a pokemon.
Main Pokemon:
Bisharp: 1 Energy 80 to a pokemon with Damage Counters(with Dark especial energy), if i start with druddigon/elekid you do 100 to the defending Pokemon, NIght slash if i need retreat to up a another bisharp or mandibuzz or in other case Kingdra.
Second Pokemon:
Mandibuzz: i need pursuit some pokemon and punishment can help me so much.
Tech Pokemon:
Kingdra: Donphan Tech and more damage for bisharp and Mandibuzz.
Unow Dark: For Dark Energy.

Translations:
Bisharp - Darkness - HP90
Stage 1 - Evolves from Pawniard

[D] Finishing Blow: 20+ damage. If the Defending Pokemon already has damage counters on it, this attack does 50 more damage.
[D][C] Night Slash: 30 damage. Switch this Pokemon with one of your Benched Pokemon.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: Psychic (-20)
Retreat: 1

Druddigon – Colorless – HP100
Basic Pokemon

Ability: Rough Skin
If this Pokemon is your Active Pokemon and is damaged by an opponent’s attack (even if this Pokemon is Knocked Out), put 2 damage counters on the Attacking Pokemon.

[C][C][C] Clutch: 60 damage. The Defending Pokemon can't retreat during your opponent’s next turn.

RE: Bibuzz HGSS-ON

I think instead fo Druddigon you should put 2 Absol Prime and 1 Elekid. They just outclass Druddigon. Otherwise, nice idea.
 
Thnks Hagane and rayquaza2222... well the deck functions fine really fine... the elekid do a great job and about a tyrogue... in think in that but im not so secure... and absol prime i dont like in this deck because if i need hit with him i must send a pokemon at lost zone... vs a mewgar deck this can be a bad strike appart i preffer druddigon because it have more HP.

and about the DCE i dont use constantly in the game... i use more for retreat or attack with druddigon or another thing.
