It has the potential to be broken, but only time will tell. I give it 6/10 for possibilities and the return of trainer-based draw.

I can see this card being used in decks that can play down multiple cards per turn. One good example will be ZekEels, considering how it can discard energies through Juniper.

It'll be used because it's Trainer-based draw. How much it will be used depends on the deck. It could also be useful for coming back from a late-game N.

 

[Flys Gone 2071]

I like this card on decks that have the power to use several plays during a turn. You can use bycicle and pick another bycicle finish your hand and use the new bycicle. It can work with Skyla if it is your last card in your hand search for bycicle and draw 4. On Blastoise or Emboar varients can work excellent.

This card really depends one the deck. If you use Bianca and you get 4+ cards by using it, then you can run Bicycle. But if you don't have a hand that's less than 3 (3 plus Bicycle), it's not really worth it. Yes you draw a card, but I'd rather have space to disrupt and put in useful techs. I give it a 6/10 for playability.
