No it isn't (at least it isn't confirmed to be it), it looks more like a kinda TRAIN subwau-thing :3
 
Lol, has anyone noticed that building at the top that's two different colors? One side is a tealish color, while the other side is black.

Yeah, that's probably the version different city (not Black City/White Forest, but that city that's different dependent on the version you have.)
 
They are in the news page of Pokebeach so yea the thing on the top right is the bug gym
 
lol so thats the elite four alll the way on the top, the cave enterance and you prob have to work your way all the way up the the tower like building, sounds cool, no waterfall atleast

It isn't black city/white forest, we've seen video of both that city and BC/WF and they are completely different.

No all of those on that map from that magazine was just speculations on where the places was on the real map... :b

Dude, I said that. Read my post correctly.

It is the city that's different over versions. The right half matches the Pokémon Black version of that city (Futeristic buildings with light markings)

Yea if we could translate it we would finally know what the thing in the middle is. Spiral staircase or vortex.

I've already seen this map before but I'm a bit late to comment on it.
That is one big map!
I can't wait to explore the whole Isshue region.
