Big Malasada – Trainer Item
Heal 20 damage and 1 Special Condition from your Active Pokemon.

Is this the same effect as Pokemon ranger but with just choosing one effect?
like say you cant attack because glaceon ex or not being able to use move again for Volcanion EX
 
It is not the same effect as Ranger. Special conditions are different than effects of attacks. Special conditions are things like burned, poisoned, etc. So, it would not affect Glaceon or Volcanion.
