Every pack comes with one...I'm not so into that online gaming sort of thing, but do people still sell/trade these things?
 
I've been seeing people on Facebook (mostley top tiered players) offering usually 50cents per code.
 
People are buying for 50 cents a code and Im pretty sure you could trade a bunch of them for something good
 
They have somewhat of a street value, but it's nothing impressive. I like to keep one from each PR I go to and then they build up. I never really use them other than to film pack openings because of the awful speed of the TCGO, but other people might get more use out of them.
