Blanks

I'm trying to make some fake cards. Does anyone have any blanks? I'm specifically looking for prime, ex (old and/or bw), and bw blanks (holo and/or normal). Maybe lv. X, as well as the symbol for lv. x? If someone could get these to me in all types, I would be ever grateful. I'm sorry if this seems like a bit of work, and I don't expect anyone to fully carry this out, if at all. But if someone did, then that would make my day.

Please use the thread Ice Arceus listed. The first post should have everything you need, but if you can't find something make a post in that thread and ask for what you need and hopefully the people with the files will post them.
