So hopefully from first glance you can see that this deck is set up for straight consistency and speed. The point of the deck is to try to set up turn 1-2 and get quick kos while using puzzles of time to reuse super rods/Max elixirs to keep energy in play while attacking using rapid blaster combo this with first turn hoopa and you can easily ramp up speed and suprise your opponent.

whilst I personally think this isn't a viable deck it does have its strengths.
the tool exchange is very useful but can sometimes be situational.

because of the high level megas genesect looks at 2hko at best whilst discarding energy at the same time.

with the loss of brozong it seriously hurt this deck.

I personally feel as though genesect is more of a tech in a scizor deck but even then it slows scizor down

It can work still pretty decently. I suggest togekiss with the ability.

Playing a 3-3-3 line of togekiss can help accelerate energy. 2 energy recycle to help it stay consistent all game. 2/3 devolution sprays to reuse togekiss.

Garbodor is an issue.

Just play tested this deck at my local league. this list works very well. roughly 6-2 losses went to dead draws vs rainbow road and to a pretty sound defeat to dark tina. though my wins were pretty solid as well.
