Exploud SV helps big-time with the Luxray Weakness. Plus the Grass Weakness on Feraligatr prime is bad, *cough**cough*Jumpluff**cough*
 
*facepalm* Why didn't I think of Exploud? Also, Fisherman is there to help me get back any energy that get discarded, for whatever reason.

You got Palmer's and Flower Shop Lady for that though. You also dont play any cards where you need to discard cards, so they're both useless.

You should add in some Broken Time Space so you can quickly evolve. Combine That with the new Rescue Energy, when one of your Pokemon gets killed, you can bring it back to your hand.
Play it down again and attach all the energy it had before to it with Feraligatr Prime. Vuala.

You can buy them on eBay pretty cheaply. I did that to finish up my deck because I didn't feel like running 12 proxies @ League every week (and NO ONE would trade me a BTS. They're hard to get, for only being Uncommon).
How about Uxie Lv.X? That would work well (if you don't have one, though, THOSE are expensive).
I'm probably wrong, but I don't understand Wash Rotom in this deck. Clarification?
 
Wash Rotom is there kinda for lulz. Yes, he heals, but he can also remove cards from the opponents hand. Plus, he's just so adorable as a washing machine lol. Also, as for Uxie X, yeah, I wouldn't be able to get my hands on one of those even if I sold/traded my entire collection + my soul.
