I think you should use feraligatr instead of floatzel. You can play a 2-1-2 line with it.
Take out the warp energies. You should add some call energies.
 
TAake out Cynthia's! Very situational, and you need more Communication/Palmer's/Seeker. those would help a lot.
 
I think you should add the folowing:
Twins (when you run spiritomb you usially start 1 prize down)
Feraligatr Prime (MUCH better than floatzel I ran this deck before trust me when I say this)
a 1-1 slowking HGSS helps with disruption and Blastoise PL
1-0-1 line of Flygon helps retreat this much easier than the single unown Q which can be sprayed
3x DCE (just for concistancy)
I have no opinon on what to take out because your metagame is probably much diferent than mine
