Blaziken EX Ruby & Sapphire Question

Hello to anyone who might see this
I want to know if anyone knows where this card come from, It's Blaziken 3/109 from EX Ruby & Sapphire, but it isn't holo, i've searched everywhere and couldn't find.

I have one of these. It's one of the two Blaziken that came with the EX Battle Stadium starter set (might have came with the EX Master Trainer Blaziken deck, as it's almost the same thing, but I can't verify that).
