Ruling Blaziken FB Luring Flame

If I use Luring Flame, who chooses the Pokemon to be brought out? The way it's worded makes me think I do, but I wanted to make sure.

Also, does Luring Flame work when the Defending has Unown G attached? Or if it's involved in some way?

If the Defending Pokemon has Unown G attached it does not work (it's an effect of an attack). Also, if your chosen target has Unown G on it, nothing happens either.

And the way wording goes is like this:

"Switch the Defending Pokemon with 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokemon..." - You do the switching (Blaziken FB also applies here).
"Your opponent switches the Defending Pokemon with 1 of his or her Benched Pokemon..." - Your opponent does the switching.
