Here are my two deck lists, I need a little help deciding which one I should run.
Help for both is also appreciated.

BlastZel:

Pokemon (18):
1 Cleffa
4-2-4 Blastoise
1 Jirachi
3-3 Floatzel

Energy (14):
6 Water
4 Psychic
4 Double Colorless

Traniers (28):
4 Twins
4 Professor Oak's New Theory
2 Switch
1 Catcher
4 Junk Arm
4 Pokemon Communication
4 Pokemon Collector
4 Rare Candy

Strategy is to get Blastoise out ASAP and start sniping. Almost auto win against ReshiBoar/Reshiplosion, but Zekrom wrecks this deck.

ZoneZelPlume:

Pokemon (25):
1 Cleffa
4-3-4 Magnezone
3-1-2 Vileplume
3-3 Floatzel

Energy (15):
9 Water
6 Electric

Trainers (20):
4 Professor Oak's New Theory
4 Pokemon Collector
4 Rare Candy
4 Twins
3 Pokemon Communication
2 Professor Elm's Training Method

Strategy is to get Vileplume and Magnezone out ASAP, and start using Magnezone to deal high amount of damage to the opponent while they are under trainer lock.

Thanks for all the votes guys, so far it looks like BlastZel. Also if you see any good changes to the lists, tell me.

here's my two cents when it comes to running a magnezone as your main attacker in a deck... You need to run 18 energy minimum to be safe... If you are playing D&D you will need to Lost burn a consistent 3 energy per dragon or 4 for donphan since you can't run Plus powers if you trainer lock. So with the math of having to get six prizes that's 18 if they are all dragons. 20 if two of them are donphans. Or 22 MAX for four donphans and two dragons. Not to mention if you have an energy prized... Just try to keep this in mind GL

Anything over 15 energy in ANY Magnezone deck (except for aggro Slugma :X) is really overkill. My Magneboar runs fine on 14 with a Fisherman. Yanmega/Magnezone runs anywhere from 10 to 12.

As far as the deck choice, though, Blastzel is an established semi-meta deck. On the other hand, Magnezone Floatzel is totally random and I'd never even heard of it before this thread. (Generally) play the meta decks over rogue because the meta ones are simply better. So I'd definitely go with Blastzel, although I'm not sure why you're running that over your Vileplume or at least Yanmega/Magnezone.

In a deck like MagneBoar you can run catchers to be able to kill whatever you want for less energy. Since his deck is trainer locked, I was simply saying he'd need to be prepared to be able to kill high HP pokemon more than low. It's just how it'll work. I know if i had the choice i'd make the magenzone have to work for a kill if i had to stall a turn.

What is my Vileplume deck? Currently I am playing ZPS, but i thought I might shake it around a bit, and blastoise sounded good. It's a little faster than magneboar, and magneboar is a top meta deck. Im not saying its as good as magnezone, but it is a very good sniper.

Your vileplume deck is just how i was referring to your magnezone vileplume deck.

Magneboar should NOT be running more than 1 Catcher and the only reason to run it is to eliminate a baby stall threat. The other spots are put to much better use when you have an OHKO on everything - Catcher or not. It's just so not needed in a deck as powerful as Magneboar.

@OP The Vileplume/Yanmega/Mew deck you posted on gym awhile ago.

Understandable; I had to clock well over 100 games with it before I really had my matchups down. It's hard to play. But it's so worth it once you get it down; it's a really amazing deck. For example, I've been down 3 prizes to their 1 and got it tied at 1-1. Then I had a Yanmega active with 70 on it and he had a Yanmega active with no damage and his bench was 2 Yanmega each with 40 and I still won because the deck is just that awesome. About the lists though, I'd probably drop a Switch for a Catcher in the Blastoise. You can get away with 3-1-2 Vileplume and it makes less dead draw late-game.

Wow, that must have been an awesome game.

BlastZel:
-1 Switch
+1 Catcher

ZoneZelPlume:
-1 Vileplume
+1 PETM
