Can I only play 4 blend energy in my deck or could I run a deck of no basic energies and just blend energies?

If I can only play 4, can I play 4 of each type or just 4 in all?

The Blend Energy are not Basic Energy cards, so they are restricted. They also have different names; you are allowed to run up to 4 of each type.
