Ruling Blissey MT

I have a question on Blissey MT's Attack Happy Chance.
It states: "Does 20 damage plus 10 more damage for each energy attached to Blissey..."

My question is, does the 10 extra damage start counting from the one energy required to preform the attack? Meaning, with one energy would it do 20 damage plus 10 more damage?

It does exactly what it says. 20 damage, plus 10 for each Energy attached to Blissey. No qualifiers on that statement, so you count all the attached Energy.

With 1 Energy attached, you do 30 damage (20 + 10 x 1).

If the energy used to pay for the attack didn't count, it would say:

"Not including the energy used to pay for this attack"
