Ruling Blissey vs. Banette [Answered]

Here is the situation in question:
Blissey is active with 1 Fire energy and 1 Holon Energy FF. It then uses Happy Chance, and attaches a fighting energy to itself. Would I deal 50 or 30 damage to a Banette?

50. As the card says, you attach the Fighting energy "before doing damage". That includes the damage calculation itself.
