Ruling Blissey's power and Evolutor while asleep?

I have a question about Platinum Blissey's power can you use it even though you dont have any damage counters to remove?
So it will be just the discard?

And when youve attached an evolutor or devolutor but your pokemon falls asleep/gets confused can you use it anyway while asleep/do you have to flip a coin for it?

The first Q yes you can do that.

The second Q it is still considered an attack so yes you would have to flip

One more question, can you use Night Teleporter when you have no other cards in your hand?

Yes, but you don't shuffle your deck.

Night Teleporter say to shuffle your deck so yes you still have to shuffle your deck because you are getting out a card.
