Block Deck

This is in the expanded format. Say I want to completely block a player from doing anything (except attaching energies/attacking), so in theory, could I possibly run a deck-build kind of like this:

Noble Victories Archeops
Its ability Ancient Power prevents players from evolving their(I'd play this last).

Plasma Freeze Exeggutor
Exeggutor's move Blockade prevents your opponent from playing Supporter Cards, with a whopping ten damage (Muscle Band adds to 30)

Ancient Origins Vileplume
Its ability Irritating Pollen prevents players from playing Item Cards.

Pokemon Variants
Deluge Blastoise
Keldeo EX
Ancient Origins Trait Double Theta Metagross
Primal Clash Wobbuffet
Ancient Origins Ariados
Notable Trainer cards to use

Forest of Giant Plants (For Exeggutor and Vileplume)
Virbank City Gym
Hypnotoxic Laser
AZ
Wally
Ultra Balls
Useless Item Cards to hold onto (for metagross)
Team Flare Grunts
Crushing Hammers
Head Ringers
Colress
Sky Stadium

Basically you can pull off the majority of this first turn if you get some serious draw control. I just want to know if in a theoretical sense I'm correct and if you could possibly pull it off. If you can name any other cards to add, join in.

perhaps the eggsecutor viaplume will work with archeops. Also play Team flare grunt, crushing hammer, enchanced hammer, and xeroic and perhaps this could work.

Yes, but this has been done and is really hard to get consistent results from it. Basically, you're item lock too so the Hypno Lasers are hard to get into play. Yveltal and Yvletal EX run over it because the low energy needs. Baby yveltal especially will start KO'ing eggs, which puts pressure on the opponent to find Keldeo and attach a float. When the deck is item locked too, the deck forces an AZ, limiting draw support for crushing hammers and Lasers. Also with a turn one start for yvltal the player can dark patch a decent amount energy onto yveltals that negate the crushing hammers/Team Flare.

It has been done, but it really isn't that successful because of the low damage output and awkwardness of the deck.
