Booster Box Advice? New Collector

I recently got interested in collecting some cards and i want to a buy a box, I only collect and I dont play. I had alot of OG base set cards back in the day when I was younger ect.. Anyways I wanna know what would be best option for a good box for pulls ect. I only got around $100 to spend. A guy recommended roaring skies because shayim ex goes for around $40 on ebay. ect let me know your opinions?

For a collector, I would recommend FlashFire, Ancient Origins or Roaring Skies. For a competitive player, I would recommend Phantom Forces or Roaring Skies.

Flashfire is abundant in Charizard-EX cards, which are likely to end up rising/stabilising in price after its rotation due to the Pokémon's insane popularity. Ancient Origins also has Secret Rare legendary EXs, which should also fetch a few bucks, although they are not guaranteed in a box. Roaring Skies features the highly expensive Shaymin-EX, which is also an amazing card in competitive play. Phantom Forces features many staple trainers and decent Pokémon, which are great for a competitive player, however lacks competitive value.
