Something I always wondered.. what are the odds of getting a rare holofoil or a Lv. X/ex holo in a booster pack? I heard there is a 1/3 chance you'll get a rare holofoil, but I'm not sure if that's true, and I know it's much much less than that to get an X/ex. Anyone know for sure what the odds are?
 
I"m not sure about rare holos, but level Xs starting with Legends Awaken (and maybe Majestic Dawn) are 2/36, or 1/18. Reprints are 1/36. I don't think shinies have a set ratio, due to them being RH, and I didn't get any in my Storm Front box.
 
Yes, holo's are something like 1/3 packs or so. When I get a box again, I can confirm it, or when I talk to Jeff.
 
Not correct entirely umbreon.
Rotoms were 1/18, yes, but Shinies were 1/36. LVX's are 1/18 now too, but DP to MD were 1/36.
