Ruling Both Electivires

I think you can't do that... since the pokemon power of the SW electivire refers to electivire it might actually refer to itself rather than to refer to another electivire(DP)... I'm not sure though...
 
when ever a pokemon says its name with out saying others or all others etc they are self refreancing ie talking about themselves. so no you may not, but on another note you could use the dp2 one to move the nrg to him.
 
Electrivire Level X can use the power it has levelled up from regardless of set. Remember "an Electrivire" is the only time it is not self referencing otherwise it always references the pokémon using the attack such as potentially Clefable.
