Both halves of a legend in an Eng pack?

I've been seeing an awful lot of trade lists with only half of a legend. Can someone confirm for sure, do you get the top and bottom half of a legend in the same English pack like in Japan, or do you get one at a time? Is the other half in the box at all?

If it is as I fear, and you only get half, I'm pretty miffed about that. You need 3-4 primes to make a prime deck, and you have to collect two cards for a legend. This format is going to be really expensive :(

Yup. Unfortunately, only one half of a LEGEND card in a pack.

But the Primes are more common than we once thought, so it shouldn't be as expensive.

Goshdarnit. PUSA you suck!

Well how many primes per box?

4-6 I've heard. BTW, it's Tpic now. The Pokemon International Company. Unfortunately, they aren't nice "Internationally".

*Edit* Some one at my pre got 3, so make that 3-6.

I remember a discussion about this a few weeks back, in which I speculated that it would not happen because it'd make it to easy, hence making the company less money.

Sometimes, I hate being right, though it's not like there wasn't any precendence to think this way...oh, wait, there was.

Theoretically it could still be possible, if one half (say Lugia's top half) was the regular holo and the bottom half was the 'special' replacement in the pack, but the odds of that are very small.

Again still sucks though.

I've heard that there's at least 2 legend cards per box just not in the same box. And I've heard of boxes containing any where from 3-8 primes a box although 5-6 is the normal.Only one secrete rare thought per box.
EDIT- It seems that you'r are NOT garentied one secrete rare per box. It's more like one alph lithograph in 3 and one gyradose in 5.

Theoretically, yes. Primes replace the reverse holo in a pack, and they're relatively common, so conceivably you should be able to get both.
I think the LEGEND card, if pulled, replaces the rare card (I don't know for sure as I didn't pull one yet), but I do know you only get one per pack (which is a pain).

TPCI, actually.
